Event Details:

• The event will be held in the RayCity forum.
• Players are screenshot what they feel is the best scenary in RayCity,
• Players can make multiple entries in this event.
• Player’s Profile Name must be stated clearly together in the entry post.
• A total of 3 winners will be selected for this event.

• Player’s Profile Name must be stated clearly together in his entry post.
• All submissions must be posted in the designated thread created by the forum moderator.
• Submitted entries that have missing and/or incorrect information will be disqualified.
• Maximum of 1 image can be posted with the entry only! Post with more than 1 image will be disqualified.
• Off topic posts in the forum thread will be deleted without warning.
• Results will be post in RayCitySEA website within 7 workings days after the end of event.
• RayCitySEA Management Team’s Decision is final & binding.

• Entries that are found to infringe any existing copyrights will not be considered. Participants are strongly discouraged against copying any contents belonging to other sources.
• Any unrelated posts would be removed immediately without further warning.
• All submitted entries must be appropriate (i.e. no offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc.). Failure to meet these criteria will result in the entry being removed. Participants may also liable to be dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy.
• Winner will be notified on prize collection details via their registered email within 7 days after the news has been posted on the website.
• Asiasoft Online reserves all rights to use the submitted posts for the purposes of marketing promotions. Submission may be used according to the absolute discretion of the organizers for the said purpose.
